In National Apprenticeship Week, it was a pleasure for Damian to meet Ashley, an apprentice at Cranford Controls in Alton.
Ashley completed his Level 3 at Alton College and is now studying for an NVQ in Electrical/Electronic Engineering at Basingstoke College of Technology, alongside the practical skills and experience he is gaining from paid employment at the company, supported by the apprenticeship scheme run by East Hampshire District Council.
