Debate on Energy White Paper

In today's debate on the Energy White Paper, which is a key part of de-carbonisation as well as ensuring fairness to consumers and providing the energy homes and businesses need, Damian outlined the need for diallable sources of energy for when the wind doesn't blow and the sun doesn't shine, and asked the Secretary of State about the government's work on  battery technology:
