Damian met with local councillors from Binsted Parish Council last week to discuss ideas on how to boost cycling in the local area, and how provisions for cyclists could be improved at Bentley station. Representatives from Hampshire County Council, SWR and Network rail were also at the meeting, with a number of actions agreed to help move the ideas forward.
The plans are in line with work underway by a number of local cycling groups, and Damian is keen to encourage active transport options across the constituency.
