Damian was delighted to have the opportunity to discuss employment issues with members of the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce this morning, at Old Thorns in Liphook.
The talk covered many of the new ways in which employers can recruit the talent they need to grow, including the potential to take on people with disabilities, people who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering apprenticeships and also considering people aged over 50.
