Damian was delighted to be invited back to Eggar's School this week, taking part in a Question Time-style session with year 7 students. Held as part of their National Careers Week activities, the session was chaired by Headteacher, Patrick Sullivan, with questions covering a whole range of education-related issues.
Damian had a second opportunity to talk about careers when he met students from Churcher's College and The Petersfield School, and talked about the opportunities in both local and central government for those with an interest in politics or public policy-making.
And as it was also National Apprenticeship Week, Damian paid a visit to Parker Hannifin in Alton and met three apprentices - Matthew, Alastair and Louise - who are working with the company, supported by the apprenticeship scheme run by East Hampshire District Council.
