Funding agreed for new hospital site

Damian welcomes the news that the list of 40 new hospitals is confirmed - and mid/north Hampshire is among them: "a new hospital at Basingstoke & North Hampshire Hospital and major refurbishment at Royal Hampshire Hospital in Winchester".  This is particularly significant for residents in & around Alton, and many in Bordon.
