Questions for DCMS Secretary of State

Damian questioned the Secretary of State at this morning's DCMS Select Committee, and said:

"A positive policy development this morning re: social media “legal but harmful” content. In the new legislation, Parliament will scrutinise scope, and the regulator will look not just at how platforms comply with their Ts&Cs, but what those Ts&Cs are.  This is important, including for tackling 'prevalence & normalisation' of self-harm & eating disorders, and wider mental health issues."
