Damian was delighted to support Andrew Griffith MP in his proposal to bring forward a Bill to make missing or false number plates on cars or motorbikes subject to licence penalty points rather than just the current fixed fine. This could help local police better enforce both speeding and noise offences from a small minority that blight the lives of some East Hampshire residents.
