Damian was delighted to join Dementia Friendly Petersfield at the end of a special dementia awareness day at Ditcham Park School last week. The team held a total of 18 Dementia Friends sessions during the day with pupils, staff and parents, continuing their amazing work with communities in and around Petersfield.

Seeing the Chancellor’s team line up with her on Downing Street reminded me of my own spell as a junior minister at the Treasury, at the Budget and Autumn Statement.My role at that time was focussed on areas such as alcohol and gambling duties, and energy policy.
