Due to the sensitive nature of the work carried out by Damian's office, we do not currently offer work experience placements.
However, young people interested in politics can arrange to sit in on a chamber session in the House of Commons or the House of Lords, or a committee debate on any given day. Please visit our visiting Westminster section for more information.
Damian occasionally runs a 'Taste of Parliament' event for sixth form politics students living and studying in East Hampshire. This normally takes place over a two day period in the October half term, when Parliament is still sitting. As well as an opportunity to have a Q&A with Damian, the students will meet the teams from across Parliament who help support MPs in their day to day work. This includes HanPsard, the policy research unit and the Parliamentary archives.
